I am running ESSv4 on Windows Vista SP1 (32-bit). I encountered a Rogueware sample today, which was not detected by ESS/NOD32. So I manually added file (exe) to quarantine in tools section.
It was successfully added, but when I right-click on it and choose "Submit for Analysis" option it immediately shows an error message.

But if I try to do the same for other items in Quarantine, which ESS detected it is successful and no error message is shown.

So is manual sample submission via ESS broken ?

Undetected suspicious files should be emailed in a password protected archive to samples[at]eset.com

Ok, so I should click on restore in Quarantine. Then archive it with password and send it to eset ??

By the way, why can't ESS send the sample just like it does for everyother detected malware in quarantine ?
