unable to restore files from archive

Hi,
I have made a backup of whole primary partition using trial version of Backup and Recovery 10.

Then I reinstalled the computer and find out, that I need some files from backup archive.

In wizard, I have chosen the needed files and selected the proper directory to extract to. Wizard end with ok message saying I need to apply changes. But when I hit the apply button nothing happens. I have tried it many times but with no result.

used software:
win 7 ultimate, B&R10, image file size cca 20GB divided into 2GB files, there is more than 20GB of free space in destination.

What did I wrong? Is it possible to restore files in trial version? Thank you

 

Hello Miksa,

Try using the File Transfer Wizard, locate the .PBF or .000 file, and double click the archive. You should be able to expand into and see the files. Select the files/folder you'd like to extract and move to clipboard. Complete the wizard to extract. Elsewhere, you can also mount the archive or do similar extraction methods in the Archives tab and Volume explorer.

If the trial version is restricting these features, download and use the free edition of Backup & Recovery 10.
