Unable to Install True Image Update 9.0.3677

In trying to install 9.0.3677, I got the following error message:

"installation was interrupted before True Image could be installed. You need to restart the installer to try again."

Any retry produced the same.

I uninstalled my True Image. Now I am unable to intall any version of the program-same error message:

"installation was interrupted before True Image could be installed. You need to restart the installer to try again."

After many years of using True Image and frequent minor upgrades and major upgrade purchases, I now find I am completely without the program.

I would try two approaches.

One would be to retry with a new download of 3677, the other to restore an image with an older TI build on it, uninstall that build and install the new one. Or just keep the old build, like I do with 3567 until this direct writing to DVD feature gets ironed out.
