Unable to Install Nod 32

    I am trying out the 30 day trial and everytime I run the live installer it says. "The computer has not been restarted after a program uninstallation. please restart the computer and run the installer again." I have obviously restarted over 5 times and I am unsure what the issue is. I also downloaded the offline installer and it gives me the same error. I had Malwarebytes Anti Malware software before and I uninstalled it previous to downloading this, as well as CC cleaner. I don't have any other anti virus software and I was really looking forward to trying out this software. Any solutions?
    I am running windows 7 and I downloaded the 64 bit installer for the offline installer.
