BeetleBoss, take a look at the attachment...it did work. It may be that you are using a different browser than IE? Or you don't have "ActiveX controls and plugins" enabled in IE.

In IE's Internet Options, set the "Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins" to prompt. Then reload this page and you should get a prompt to run ActiveX controls and plugins. If you say no to the prompt, then the glow will not show around the words. If you say yes, then you'll see the glow. (I don't see the glow in Opera since that browser doesn't use ActiveX)
