TrustFax.com emails show up as a virus but I can not permit URL?

    How do you permit the URL or emails from TrustFax, that I receive regularly with fax attachments which are PDF files? There's obviously nothing unsafe about this email. The permit URL button is shaded in and does not allow to be clicked. I looked in the email EMON set-up and could not find a section for white-listing email addresses? Do I have to do something in Outlook?
