trueimagetrystartservice.exe prevents login to desktop... HELP

    When I log into windows after entering profile password the screen goes black and I can't do anything.... to get to the desktop I need to open Task Manager, go into processes and kill "trueimagetrystartservice.exe" which AFAIK is a part of Try&Decide function - I have this function set to OFF since I don't use it at all...

    Any1 can help me to prevent this trueimagetrystartservice.exe file from loading at all o_O?

    You will find this in Services.

    I think a default is Automatic.
    I have changed mine to Manual.
