TrueImage Home 2009/Intel Gigabit Network Card

    Hello,
I recently upgraded to TrueImage Home 2009. Now I bought a new HP DC 7900 Convertible Minitower which has a Intel 82567LM-3 Gigabit Connection.
Acronis (latest build november 200:cool: unfortunately doesn't recognize the network adapter, though this is a Intel mass market product. (out-of-the-box HP pc with Intel Q45 chipset).
    Is there any workaround?
    Thanks in advance, J.Lieder

    Hello liederjoh,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

Please accept our apologies for the delay with the response.

First of all, please make sure you use the latest build (9709), which is available here. To get access to updates you should first register Acronis software.

If the issue still persists, please check the following:

-If your network adapter is detected under Tools -> Options -> Network adapters
-DHCP server is running in the network (check the network settings in Tools -> Options and configure them correctly)

Note that standalone versions of our software supports only PCI/PCMCIA Ethernet adapters.

    Thank you.
