    Hi folks
I'm new here and have a problem with True Image v10 which I've just downloaded (upgrade from v9) & installed to my XP machine.
Having insalled and tried to run a test backup of one folder using all the standard default options, I getto the summary dialog and hit "proceed" whereupon one of two things happens.

    1) having selected a single data folder from my C drive, the backup completes or
    2) having selected the "My Email" option and chosen Outlook (I'm running Outlook 2002) I can see the dialog running through my outlook folders - to a point - and then it just hangs. The Task bar icon says "operation in progress" but after about 10 mins I give up - no green progress bars. I have to Kill the session.
    The log says:
    1. The "Current backup operation" operation started
    2. From:Applications and Data Categories
    To file:"C: \email test.tib"
    Compression:Normal
    ....and that's it

    any ideas?

I''m also runnin Norton AV 2005, Kerio Personal Firewall - nothing else is running at the time.

Very frustrated - v9 worked fine!
