    All credit to Gordon for solving this problem.

    Have a read of the last few posts in https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=45209 for the details. A very simple fix and it worked for me first time, didn't miss a beat. :D

    Acronis should put Gordon on a commission, he has probably saved them some $$$.
