True Image 8.0 Corporate Edition (Serial)

Hello Forum,

we purchased a licence for Acronis True Image Corporate Workstation 8.0
I now need to backup a notebook and I installed the Licence Server on the Notebook, I imported the Licence and it says OK there is 1 licence available.

I now install the main program and want to start the backup.

After the start I get the message:

The Trial version of Acronis True Image Corporate Workstation has expired.
Operation has completed with errors

How can that be? We bought in our company the software and got the licence key via email. When I look into the licence server it says that the one licence is used by the notebook I want to backup.

Why do I get this message

First of all, please make sure you use the latest build (1213) of Acronis True Image 8.0 Workstation. To get access to updates you should first register your software.

Please also install Acronis License Server using the latest build.

If the issue persists, please Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post. Then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.
