I am helping a friend clean up his PC. Ewido did a great job getting rid of all but the last nagging one. It is detected as Trojan.Agent.oh but when the actions are applied it fails. I have scanned from safe mode and from normal mode but both yield the same results. The file that Ewido identifies as the problem has attributes of system and hidden. Attempts to manually delete it yield the standard 'file is in use by another process'. I'm basically looking for some hints to get rid of this one. The computer it is on is 'offline' to protect the network so tools to scan it at online sites will not work.

    Ralfito,

Killbox worked :) . I was able to delete the file and then chase a few other problems down to get it cleaned up. Thanks for the suggestion!
