Each time, I closed MSIE, I got a small black window, which disappeared so quickly, I couldn't even read its title, but I could read pieces of it anyway after trying several times and it was "SiteAdvisor for IE".
I installed SiteAdvisor with the install-file "sasetup.exe" monitored by "Total Uninstall", like any other software and that was the reason.

I uninstalled/re-installed SiteAdvisor without using "Total Uninstall" and the small black window wasn't there anymore.
Weird very weird !!! Nothing is perfect.

My advice : don't install "SiteAdvisor for IE" monitored by "Total Uninstall".

    Erik, I'm puzzled here :)
So what? - why does that merit the non-use of TU?

    Hi Hammer,

Not necessarily, and the symptoms are from the info benign.

The issue for me is having the advantage of the benefits of TU when the time comes to uninstalling this app. Rather have the "small black window" then do w/o that. Comes down to whats more valuable: use of TU or any one app.

    Regards - Charles

    Sorry Guys,
FALSE ALARM. It has nothing to do with "Total Uninstall".
After installing "SiteAdvisor for IE" without "Total Uninstall", the black screen was gone, but I have it back.
    Any ideas?

I have the problem with IE. I just downloaded SiteAdvisor two weeks ago and installed it. Now whenever I close IE, a command window pops up with nothing in the black area but with the title bar info as: c:\progra~1\SITEAD~1\DOWNLO~1\sasetup.exe. I dont know why this keeps happenning.

Any advise on how to solve this would be great
    K
