Toshiiba laptop power saver.

    I have a toshiba c660 64 bit laptop with intel core i3.

    It uses the toshiba power saver to manage the power etc.I was wondering if windows 7 has built in power management just like this,?

    I would to see if i can disable the toshiba power saver and use the windows built in power management if it has any.

    Any help or opinions on this please.
