    the bottom line is, there are a lot of good ones out there, just like AVs. You have to try them out and find the one that suits your needs. Just becaue I say one is the best, sure as hell doesnt mean it is.

    This wasn't my intentions, I just thought that there are still some big names out there ranking at the top, like years going back when Adaware and Spybot were king, at least that is how I saw it.

    So I thought some apps were on top of the game now, and this wasn't that complicated a question.

    I know all the names, just haven't tried them all out yet...

    That may be, but you have multiple threads in progress here all going in the same circular "which is best" direction, so that seems more than a little disingenuous.

    Since no substantive discussion of any sort has appeared, thread closed.
