    Sometimes I think the EFF scare more people than they help. This is more about the people that sell pirated works for profit than it is about downloading a torrent from your favorite site. I mean look, ACTA or not, P2P WILL get dealt with, whether you want it to or not. DRM is going to stay in some form, pirate sites will get shut down, the RIAA will sue, all of that will continue to happen no matter what law does or doesn't get passed.

    I'm not too sure. We're in the classic situation when technology has outgrown the circumstances in which it was reared. Historically technology wins, concepts are redefined and laws are modified. It may even be that we're approaching the end of big entertainment industry. Let's hope this is the case.
