    Hi,

I just bought and downloaded TrueImage 9.1 for Linux and having trouble to install it.

When I try to do a normal setup with "./TrueImageServer9.1_s_en" it complains about the RPM packages, wich Debian don't use.

So I tried the option --norpm with "./TrueImageServer9.1_s_en --norpm" and get the message "Cannot read rpm config file /tmp/rpmrc: (no error)".

How can I solve this please?

    Thanks,
    T

Is there any other way to get help? I feel abit frustrated spending $800 on a product that don't work.

You might check out the support section at Acronis.com

    http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/support/

and if you report your problem there, be sure to add your case number to this thread so Acronis support can link the two together.

Thanks for the reply. Did that yesterday, except I didn't know about the contact person Marian Fadeeva. I hope it will work anyway!
