    Hello Tender,

Thank you for choosing Acronis True Image (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/products/).

We are really sorry for the inconveniences.

Please clarify whether the reboot occurs when you launch Acronis True Image under Windows or after booting from Acronis Bootable CD?

    Thank you.

    Hello Tender,

Acronis True Image should work properly with your controller. Could you please try the "acpi=off noapic" workaround and if it doesn't help please send sysinfo.txt file to support@acronis.com along with the link to this thread. Please see https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=55317 for the detailed instructions.

    Thank you.

I would - if i could; every machine reboots as soon as the message appears (for let's say, half a second) - hitting F11 doesn't work. I'll contact support for we've several machines equipped with that controler...

    Thanks & regards,

    Goesta
