TI 10 and Outlook 2003 problems

    It seems that TI can't restore the user settings (f.e. POP3 account information) for Outlook 2003. Restoring the E-Mails (with attachments) works fine. There is also another possible bug with the contacts.

    I'm using build 4.871.

    Is it working for anybody else?

    I really like to see this working so I can drop MOBackup and OEBackup.

    Could you please describe the issue in more details? Please clarify if you deleted the e-mail account prior to the restoration or you have modified the account setting and then tried to restore its original setting.

    Please also collect the log file from Acronis True Image 10.0 Home that contains the information about the restoration. In order to do so please do the following:

    - run the program;

    - select Show log on the toolbar or from the Tools menu;

    - select the needed log;

    - click "Save the log entry to file" (the diskette icon)

    Please also create Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post. Then submit a request for technical support with the subject indicating that you want to contact Aleksandr Isakov. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.
