   Thanks for the info...Before taking any action I've requested some further clarification on the Comodo forum and from Chiron. I very much appreciate your helping with this. No sense employing a setting if it isn't necessary.

   The purge option exists in other areas as well not just in Trusted Files, such as your firewall rules (network security policy)
