    Returnil 2010 Home Free

    1. Desktop machine w/OS Vista Home Premium 32b & XP Pro. sp2
    2. Changed monitors
    3. Adjusted resolutions to very high and very low
    4. Adjusted resolution back to normal 1024x728
    5. The reversed R usually on desktop disappears
    6. Have tried every trick I know, reinstalled Returnil, cannot make it appear

    How to find it back?
    Please help.

    Thank you very much!

    Can you try RSS Pro 2011 and let me know if the issue remains? Also, does the toolbar return when you reset the option in the configurations with 2010?

    Please send us the following reports from the problem computer:

    RVS 2010:

    * C:\Windows\rvs3.log
    * C:\Windows\rvs3-inst.log

    RSS 2011:

    The rvs3.log and rvs3.inst.log files in the following folder: C:\Documents and Settings\all users\application data\returnil\rvs3\log

    All versions:

    * MSINFO32 report**

    **Click START > RUN > Type MSINFO32. On the System Information screen click FILE > Export and then save the file where you can find it to attach to your issue report to support (dash) tech (at) returnil (dot) com.
