Google DNS are almost always fastest no matter what connection I use. But was never fond of google. I dont like the custom error pages of OpenDNS and others. So that basically means only OpenNIC, a few organizations like CCC, Swiss Privacy Foundation, censurfidns or going via dnscrypt. I dont see GRC results on these three aspects on many DNS, besides from my location these DNS are only few ms slower than others, and resolving everything accurately so far. Below are the GRC Results
