    While the article is quite informative, some points strike me as odd.
    Maybe Vedomosti is just a CIA front, serving up subversive propaganda.
    But there was no government behind that attack, unless one subscribes to one conspiracy theory or another. Maybe a better example would be censorship of Jihadi sympathizers, who are being blamed (perhaps justifiably) for the attack.
    Wouldn't it be more useful to point out how journalists can protect their sources (such as Tor-based SecureDrop, used by The Guardian, The New York Times, The Intercept, etc) rather than fatalist hand-waving.
    Seriously, journalists think that they can "protect" their sources using social media and webmail? That is sad.
