Text file upload security

    I am looking at getting reasons why uploading text files is not secured, which obviously is not.
    I want some key points on what can happen. Supporting links would be much appreciated.

    Depends on the text, connection, and server. Salted hash over HTTPS/VPN on your own network server is definitely secure.
    As for an attacker's perspective on choosing and infiltrating targets, you'll have to ask someone else.
