test for emergency

I've made full backup, I've created CD, I've turned on Startup Recovery Manager. What should I do to test the my backup?

Thank you for choosing Acronis True Image (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/).

You may do the following:
- Reboot the computer and press F11 to boot Acronis Startup Recovery Manager (you will see the message when to hit the key);
- After you boot to Acronis True Image environment please choose the "Restore Image" wizard and follow the instructions up to but not including the screen where you need to press the "Proceed" button.

You will be able to get to the "Proceed" button without a glitch. Please note that no changes will be made until you press this button.
