TDS-3 vs. PE WhoIs

    Regarding the TDS -3 WhoIs utility, is there a difference is the way it works compared to the same utility that comes with Port Explorer? I've found many occurrences where TDS-3 returns a "not found" for a given IP address, and the Port Explorer utility returns with information.

    Hi Dazed & confused, Port Explorer is the most accurate due to it's more modern methods and is relatively much more sophisticated.
    TDS4 will address any issues. :)
