Taskcatcher

I just heard of a program called taskcatcher which is supposed to start programs again if they have crashed or terminated by malware. Is that true? I hope I got that right. This looks like a very interesting product if indeed that is the case. I know this idea is used in many classical HIPS programs, such as SSM. I understand that it is important to prevent malware first and foremost, but it would also be nice to restart your malware scanner in the event that it is terminated. This is something that sandboxie cannot do.

I noticed it was made by the same creator of WinPatrol. Is the same function integrated in WP, or not? Admittedly, I'm cautiously excited.
