Suspected network connections

    Hello,

    I was monitoring my network recently and I found those strange IPs as you can see in the picture:

    Is this dangerous? should I provide extra information to confirm?

    The ip address is located in the Ukraine where your computer makes connection to. Your computer is infected. I recommend that you block all traffic to 91.206.200.221. Can you please make a Sysinspector log and post it here.
