surespot encrypted messenger, thoughts?

Signal is where it's at. Open source. Talented programmers. Basically every messaging app steals Signals code and reuses it.

 

Problem with Signal is that it relies on the telephone number, in some cases better not to share it.

 

Yes it does and I understand not wanting to share your phone number BUT it's the best open source messenger out there.

IMHO Signal is the best messenger app out there bar none.
