Hi Nod Newbie & welcome to Wilders, :D
From my experience they responded the next day, but that's Dutch support. :)

Receiving a response within 2 hours is really quick, although I think it might take a bit longer,
depending on what you asked for.

Hope you'll get a response pretty soon, but do have a little patience too. ;)

Since many Nod support issues can be handled via their Official Support here at Wilders....feel free to ask away with any questions until Eset responds to your e-mail especially those concerning Blackspears guide.

    You're welcome Nod Newbie. ;)
As Bubba already suggested you can ask your questions here too.

Do you've problems setting it up?
Maybe you didn't understand something from Blackspear's settings or screenshots.
Had a problem once, since I was overlooking a little detail on setting it up. :doubt:

If you need assistance, this is the best place to ask for it. :)

This is because you do not have extensions being displayed on your system. In this case you would click on "NOD32" as this is the same file (NOD32.exe).

    Cheers :D
