SuperAntiSpyware 1% - ekrn.exe 50% ?

    ESS .672/XP/SAS Pro (real-time) --- I noticed today that ekrn.exe in Process Explorer showed (typically) 50% CPU and SAS < 1 % or Blank during scanning. Last SAS scan was 41 min and today 58 min w/ only MS updates added in interim.

    Is this how SAS works re: ESS or is there something I can "turn-off/make exception" to possibly speed up the scan and/or reduce ESS CPU use?
