Well, entered Product Name: SUMo PRO and License Number: xxxx and I get Invalid License...?
Dialog asks for Serial Number: ? Presume serial = license.

Always the same problem

 

Q: Adobe Flash Player for Opera/Chromium (64 bits) Adobe Systems, Inc. 17.0.0.169 Update available (19.0.0.226)
1) I run Chrome 46.0.2490.80m, 32bit ...so, not sure if this item is solely meant for (64bit).
And not in the know why I'm notified for Opera/Chromium browser. Neither is resident.
SUMo reports Flash Player for IE and Firefox ... but, not Chrome.
2) Right Click product/info line > Report Error opens Chrome even though Firefox is default and Firefox opens for Get Update.

 

SUMo reports v19.0.0.226 for all.
Would you please post a screenshot of the problem ?

SUMo simply looks at the version of pepflashplayer.dll

Okay, no problem as Chrome updates embedded Flash Player.
I didn't understand why SUMo notified for IE and FF and Opera/Chromium....but, not Chrome.
Unless SUMo skips internal updaters. But, IE Flash Player on W8.1 updates via Windows Updates so,....
Hadn't noticed Opera/Chromium before and wanted to report Chrome opening for Report Error with Firefox default.
Maybe, I have 17.0.0.169 pepflashplayer dross.

Update: found pepflashplayer dross.....

For info, v4.2 will bring "direct" redirect to developper's site from SUMo pages (eg : opens adobe.com straight from SUMo client).
For "PRO" users only.

 

On windows 10 there is a problem same like on win 7/8 which causes a rare freeze/crash. I say freeze/crash because it shows the error and you can click it away but GUI becomes only half working.

I think that is EMET related, I not added SUMo.exe to it but with default (high) settings we get this in some situations.

 

which version of SUMo ?

 

I scanned my portable apps folder for the first time, and SUMo proved exceptionally useful here.
Have always used the free version, but the above feature will make me support SUMo via the Pro version

The associated VT link was understandably removed per Wilders Security forum policy. Yes - I usually ignore these stray VT false positives. I had only included the VT analysis link to show that your beta test link above was not populated with a version 4.2

My intent was to show you that http://www.kcsoftwares.com/beta/sumo_test.exe still points to a version 4.1.8.291.

Please advise if your version 4.2 of the future, is really your version 4.1.8.291 now.

4.1.8 Release is 4.1.8.289
4.2 Beta is 4.1.8.291 (and all later 4.1.8.xxx)
