Suggestion for uploaded graphics

My apologies if this has already been brought up in another thread, but searches seem to be contrary to my religion. It probably would have been appropriate as a "reply" to one of the FAQ topics, but of course we can't reply there.

If you're attaching a fairly large graphic (photo, screenshot, or whatever), while you're still in Paint or whatever you're using to save the graphics file how about resizing the image down a little to fit neatly on screens that might be smaller than yours? We've probably all seen topics where horizontal scrolling is necessary for the entire topic because of one or more large images somewhere in it.
