Startup Recovery Manager Boot Error - kernel BUG

First off here is a brief description of my system:
    Windows XP Pro SP2, Intel E6600 Core2Duo, Asus P5W DH Deluxe mobo, 3GB Corsair DDR2 800, etc.

Here is the error screen information when I try to boot from the CD or by pressing the F11 key:

    - $ /bin/insmod piix
    -Using /lib/modules/piix.0

At this point the cursor just hangs.

Can anyone help or have any suggestions?
    Thanks.

P.S. I was able to create a Secure Zone partition and create a .tib image from within Windows and save it to the Secure Zone.

    Hello jmorton,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

First of all, please make sure you use the latest build of the appropriate version of Acronis True Image. To get access to updates you should first register your software.

Please activate Acronis Startup Recovery Manager using the latest build once again and re-create Acronis True Image Bootable CD after update.

If you already using the latest build and the issue persists, please create Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post.

Then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears. Please also attach the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.

    Thank you.
