    Hello Bones81

Don't know if one setting is better than the other. Personally I have " always scan" in protocol filtering activated. And everything else is set to default. That works for me. I am using IE 10 Windows 8 pro (64 bit). It also worked fine under windows 7 64 bit, IE 9 , with only ,Always ask, activated. What is better basically, I guess, depends of , do your like to get full control answering popups notifications or automatic mode.

    Regards, Janus

Use the interactive mode (Ask about non-visited sites) if you want to define exceptions for certain certificates. Otherwise leave the "Always scan SSL" option selected.
