    All

I read in a recent post that one should not run Spywareguard and Spybot's Teatimer together (which is what I have in my current security set-up).Is this a true statement, and if so what are the reasons ?? (potential conflicts, duplication of activity etc ??). Do I need to dump one of these apps ??

    Regards

I can only say that I used to use both quite happily together without conflicts.

In some cases you may get alerts from both, but that doesn't matter.

I finally took them both off when I installed Giant AS (now called MS-AS) because all the duplication was unnecessary.
