When I attempt to execute the snapshot function I receive the following error. Any suggestions ?

If you Win9x/ME user i'd recommend installing the VB Runtime files...

 

What operating system are you running?

You might try downloading and running the following installer - it should copy the latest versions of the required support files to your system (and thus rule out a problem caused by outdated versions):
