SpywareBlaster delete or protect??

i just downloaded SpywareBlaster and was wondering if it deletes the infected files or just protects you from them? is there a way to delete the infected files??
(please dont stone me with noob criticism )

 

It is a proactive app It prevents infection, It does not have the ability to delete anything as it is not designed to work that way.

do you know a free app i can download to delete them?? ive tried looking, but everything seems to be a free scan and then asks you to purchase it before it deletes anything.

Start at download.com and search for those two. IMO, those are the only ones you will need.
