spyware guard Keeps detecting IE seach Page change.

    spyware guard keeps Prompting me of A IE browser search Page change.
    A redirection to microsofts search Page. I run Spybot and it says it found mysoft with 3 redirections. I clicked fix problems but I get a popup after every new reboot saying your IE search Page settings have been changed. how
    can I correct this and stop this from happening?

    also ran cw shredder and im clean of any infections.
