spyware blaster has performed an illegal operation

Hello, Can someone help me ith this problem? I have been using Spyware Blaster for quite sometime now along with AVG anti-virus with no problems whatsoever until recently. Now I get this even after uninstalling and reinstalling the new version 3.5.1 :
