sourceforge download page problem :(

hi, during the last few weeks i have tried to download 2-3 programmes from sourceforge. when i goto the last download page i get the screen below, do you know what i need to do for it to work for me, please? thanks

I am having no problem accessing either page at the url's you posted make sure you don't have the site blocked or cookies or javascript blocked

 

in my screenshot it says "select a mirror for file" as the name of the page. if someone can see the site's addresses can you give me 1 or 2 so i can try a direct download from here?
