Anyone have any ideas why some programs don't display in Revo Uninstaller Free? I'm using the installed version 1.95 (latest). Windows 7 Home Premium with both x64 and x86 Program Files folders. By default it installs to x86 but I tried installing in x64 and it does the same thing. So far I've noticed it doesn't display CCleaner, Defraggler, or Dell Support Center. Programs and Features in Windows displays them all though. In the registry, their keys are located with all the other installed programs, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall. I tried the portable version and it does the same. All my programs display correctly in Vista and XP so it must be an issue with 7. Any suggestions?

From what I gather Revo don't uninstall x64 programs only 32,it don't even recognize them. I wish it did because I like that program works good for me.

Windows 7 Home Premium (x64) includes Program Files (x86) so 32-bit programs can run on it. Revo Free does install and run, it just doesn't display some of the installed programs. I've uninstalled a lot of programs with it and it works great except for that.

I'm using IObit Uninstaller. It's free & does 64 bit.

I forgot Revo has Hunter Mode so I can still uninstall programs even if they don't show up in the window.

IObit might be a good way to go too. The setup installer's quite a bit bigger than Revo but it sounds like a good program. Thanks. :)

I didn't use it on a regular basis
but my experience with the 30 day trial was very positive
I remember it searching for remnants more thoroughly

I use the 3.08 Pro version on Windows 7 and it shows all programs, 32-bit and 64-bit. I have no problems with it.

I only paid $14.95 for the previous version in May 2013. I just updated to the present version recently but they both uninstall 64 bit programs in addition to the 32 bit. At the time, they were offering a special so I took it. I had been using the free version for years and I thought at that price, why not and I haven't regretted it.

No, an expiration date was not mentioned but Lifetime wasn't mentioned either. It was a purchase like we used to make with software or that's the way it looked to me. We keep using it as long as we want to or as long as it is compatible with our system. Every software I have purchased that has an expiration date or is a lifetime purchase has always stated one or the other but this one never mentioned either as others I have purchased over the years. They have kept working until I quit using them. HTH
