Some clients throwing up these errors from Push install

I have some random machines that email me telling me the following

During Execution of Kernel on the Computer COMPUTERNAME the following warning occured: error initializing file submission system

Also I get this one more frequent

During Execution of Update on the Computer COMPUTERNAME, the following warning occured: Error downloading file from update server..


It's weird because it's the same settings saved, and pushed from working machines.. The top error has just recently started.. I am running

3.0.672 and 3.0.684 clients

Both these machines are 3.0.672


Is anybody experiencing any issues, and is this a known issue that has been corrected with a more recent version of 3.0
