I purchased a software 2 month ago for $999US, paid by money order and never received it. They confirmed that they got a money and they "sent" a software.
Right now all company numbers are disconnected and nobody answer emails.

Who should I contact for this kind of criminal? I live in Canada but purchased this from US.
Is there any chanse to recover my money?

    THanks all

What makes you think a criminal event has taken place. Yes it may have, however they may just be experiencing some kind of technical problems.

what software would that be? if they don't answer your emails, that is never good. I am curious what company that may be...and what software was it?

I know it seems that way, however you would look abit stupid if it turned out to be something else.

Contact the local District Attorney's office (where they were in business).
