There is an Option in AMON, the ACTIONS tab that allows you to select the "IF virus detected CLEAN AUTOMATICALLY". And now what happens when the infection happens and it can't be cleaned? Will the system still be infected or will the file be denied access?

The AMON will denied access to infected file if that file cannot be clean.

    Another thing:

You must make differents between "infected file" and "infected system". When you have infected file on hdd, you can have only infected file, not infected system :)
