Snap Deploy - Does it Work ?

We are looking at using Snap Deploy v2 to image some new PC's we have just bought. Seems fairly good value for money. BUT. I see a lot of negative threads. Is this product worth our investment ? We have just bought a number of Dell Ultra Small Form Factor PC's (AO-GX620USFF)

Should I have any problems with these ?

We have used ghost successfully in the past for all workstations and you don't have to worry about licensing near as much with Acronis. Although with Acronis you only need only one version of an image to support multiple workstations. Plus with Acronis you can backup a pc while it's running and push it to another hardware, which results in less downtime for the end user. The two big issues that I have experienced so far with Acronis is licensing and support. Both are a challenge and will can cause lots of issues in the future.
