I used another AV product. But I never had problems with slowed torrents.
So I'm confused by this section in NOD32:

Should I tick or cross this?
I'm confused by the english in the screen shot.

Also should I configure NOD32 to check the HTTP port that uTorrent uses?

Other than that my settings in uTorrent are as configured by 'speed guide'.

Is there a throughput or a known problem with NOD32 scanning module?

    Recommened Settings

    1. Tick the utorrent executable
    2. Addin the utorrent port that u are currently using
    3. If u are using Broadband Connection Activate NAT in u'r modem which will provide u with throughput

also check utorrent network settings, that it shows the status of the network avaliability in the bottom status bar....u may get the much needed help there....

Actually if the OP has problems , he'd better cross it x and make its traffic not scanned by the web module
