I'm interested in learning port explorer as soon as possible, but I have not received the key for it. Ordered 16 Aug 05 around 7pm CST. Thats around 26 hours and 2 emails to customer service. Could someone tell me if this is normal? If so, would there be a reason for the delay? Thanks in advance.
