    Hello,
I have two similar problems with ESET SS BE 4.0.437 (+ERA 3.1.11) on notebooks.
The first have Vista with the newest updates. Problem causes when user try to open notebook after more than 30 min of sleep state. The system freeze without any reaction. Only hard turn-off notebook works.
The second is with XP (also all installed updates). This time when user want to open this notebook (it could be 1 min or 30, doesn't matter) - ESET taking a warning there are no real-time AV enabled. User have to open ESET and turning it on manually.

I'll be greatful for any advice!

    Hello,

Possibly a power management issue of some sort? Please make sure you have the latest chipset and network device drivers installed.

    Regards,
