ShadowProtect backup and restore method

    anyone knows tutorial for backing up and restoring using ShadowProtect?
    it was easy to use acronis as i found the tutorial about how to use it.
    similar tutorial would be nice for ShadowProtect as it has many other options
    and how to use it to backup system drive and restore that drive and also hardware independent restore.
    if anyone find any linksa about tutorial it will be nice.
